I had a pretty decent stay at River Hotel overall. The location was spot-on for exploring the city, making it super convenient to get around. The complimentary wine and cheese event was a nice touch, creating a social atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of my room; it felt a bit neglected with dust and some maintenance issues. Still, the value for the price was acceptable considering the amenities offered.

My stay at the River Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, allowing for easy exploration of downtown Chicago, and I appreciated the clean and comfortable room. However, I faced some issues with the elevator situation, and the room felt a bit cramped for the price. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are definitely aspects that could be improved.
